Steps to follow for a great skin care routine.

  • The skin must be cleansed morning and evening, removing sebum,makeup and dirt.  Cleansers should be removed using a face washer.
  • Use a gentle exfoliant 1-2 times a week to remove dry dead skin cells.  This will make the skin feel smooth and allow better penetration of serums and moisturisers.
  • Apply hydrating eye cream and moisturiser morning and evening to keep the skin plump and hydrated.
  • Serums can be used under moisturisers morning and evening to target particular skin concerns or problems.
  • A treatment mask should be used once a week in the evening to correct any skin imperfections.
  • SPF 30 + must be applied every morning and reapplied when spending time in the sun.
  • Diet-plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables should be eaten since they contain vitamins which are responsible for maintaining a healthy skin.
  • Exercise, particularly in the fresh air will help to increase circulation, bringing essential nutrients to the skin and removing waste more quickly.
