- Apply hydrating eye cream and moisturiser morning and evening to keep the skin plump and hydrated.
- Serums can be used under moisturisers morning and evening to target particular skin concerns or problems.
- A treatment mask should be used once a week in the evening to correct any skin imperfections.
- SPF 30 + must be applied every morning and reapplied when spending time in the sun.
- Diet-plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables should be eaten since they contain vitamins which are responsible for maintaining a healthy skin.
- Exercise, particularly in the fresh air will help to increase circulation, bringing essential nutrients to the skin and removing waste more quickly.
